Has the meeting been determined yet? I have not even received the new payment book yet?
I haven’t found anyone yet that’s received any notices or payment book. A letter was sent to McDermott and Metro both, requesting items be added to the agenda for January”s meeting. Namely a current financial statement and 2016 budget breakdown, since these are required by the state for us to approve. Also an explanation of how the Board calculates the assessment fees for each unit. I’ve been over charged for 12 years.
