July 2016 and October 2016 Meetings
If you were unable to attend either of the last 2 legally required Quarterly Meetings, of 2016, you don’t have to worry. Here, you can find a full summary, to keep you up to date.
October’s meeting was identical to July’s meeting. Because there was none.
There were no late notices, causing many to miss the meetings. There were no last minute changes to the meeting dates or locations, causing many to miss the meetings. There was only the lack of respect and responsibility to the owners and community of Burnt Tavern Manor Condominium.
According to reports, Marie Check, Vice President of Metro Associates LLC, the property manager, was asked why the meetings were not scheduled. Marie Check commented that Paul Hayes was very ill and his wife Mary Anne Butler Hayes, President of the Metro Associates LLC, decided not to have the meetings. Upon further questioning, as to “what does the personal issues of the property manager have to do with our community business?”. Marie Check had no reply.
So where were our Board members and why weren’t they looking out for us. Cronyism? Just more evidence of our Board’s actions being dictated by the property manager.
