Giant Water Slide – Thanks Joe

June 5th, 2021, the day after Joan Raspantini, of Pinnacle Property Management, emailed everyone the Board of Directors had decided to “NOT” open the pool once again, for the 2nd year in a row. What has been referred to as the “Largest Blow-up Water Slide” ever to appear in our community, appears right in front of the home of Board President, Joseph Saliola, of 52 Northrup Drive.

Joseph Saliola, known for previously promoting the idea of fighting the cost of shared water bill in our community, by Demanding Obedient Compliance by all owners to replace all toilets with high efficient models. Then requiring all owners to permit entry to their homes for the Board to visually verify compliance or face steep and unjust costly fines.

This had been pointed out as a violation of homeowner rights against invasion of privacy and beyond the authority of the Board, yet still promoted as the best solution by Mr. Saliola.

Now, why is Joe Saliola, not concerned with the massive amount of water needed for such a water slide. Is it because 395 other owners are footing the cost? While the rest of the community is denied, without a voice, the summer relief and enjoyment of our pool, Board members act without concern for our community and it’s homeowners or their wallets.
