BURNT TAVERN MANOR CONDOMINIUM
THIS CORRECTED AMENDED MASTER DEED of BURNT TAVERN MANOR CONDOMINIUM, made this
14 day of November, 1973, by Burnt Tavern Manor, Inc., a corporation of the State of New Jersey, having an office c/o Greenbaum, Greenbaum, Rose & Smith, One Woodbridge Center, Woodbridge, New Jersey (hereinafter “Grantor”).
WHEREAS, by Master Deed dated May 10, 1973, recorded June 8, 1973 in Book 3309 of Deeds, Page 49 et seq., in the Office of the Clerk of Ocean County, New Jersey, Grantor established the above-named condominium pursuant to N.J.S.A. 46:8B-1 through 30; and
WHEREAS, said Master Deed was amended by the recording of an Amended Master Deed dated July 27, 1973 and recorded on August 10, 1973 in Book 3327 of Deeds, Page 1 et seq., in the Office of the Clerk of Ocean County; and
WHEREAS, an error was made in a dimension of the units, which dimension is hereby corrected by the recording of Exhibits “E-1” through “E-5” respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor hereby corrects the Amended Master Deed of Burnt Tavern Manor Condominium by the execution of this Corrected Amended Master Deed and the substitution of the corrected Exhibits “E-1” through “E-5” in substitution of said original Exhibits.
