Recently, our community has been notified and demanded compliance to "Closed Door Voting" of Amendments and Resolution by the Board of Directors. Since closed-door voting is a violation of NJ State laws governing condominium associations and a direct violation of our Master Deed; According to NJ State law, actions done by "Closed Door Voting" are null and void and not enforceable.

"What do you think of the actions by the Board of Directors?"

Their actions are criminal and law enforcement should be contacted.
They need to be replace with honest members.
They need to follow the governing documents and state laws.
