During the last few weeks, it has been noted the rumblings of roof shingles and plywoods flying off some roofs. It was good to see some real maintenance on the buildings, yet it was somewhat tainted when the down-graded versions of the chimneys were installed. With their cheaper materials left unpainted, to weather and decay, one can only wonder “how soon before the next re-replacement is needed?” And, how much value just left the building?
