Paul Hayes Sr. – Died 12-16-2017

After years of being told, property manager, Paul Hayes Sr. had a cold or was under the weather or had fallen and hurt his knee.  The realty is he has died.  And as his obituary read much like an advertisement, we considered writing about his long history with Burnt Tavern Manor Condominium.  And with the long history of controversy and allegations, documented for decades, it seems the conclusion is simple.  Although he may have done things to benefit some, for thousands of homeowners, he may retain a legacy of taking.
